Halotherapy

Sauna / Cold Plunge / Red Light

Deliberate cold exposure (cold plunge) & Contrast therapy (sauna + cold plunge) enhance circulation, reduce inflammation, increase recovery, activate brown fat, increase alertness/energy, and improve mood.
Float Therapy
Floating facilitates a highly relaxed state in a zero gravity-type environment, which places the body in a natural alignment state.
